Paper notes expose your full number to everyone who walks past your car, including people who photograph it for spam. ReachMe routes contact through our platform with rate limits, OTP gates, and optional masked calling.

No. Any smartphone camera opens the contact page in the browser. Zero login, zero app install for the person scanning your tag.

Scan your new tag, enter your vehicle registration, scratch the PIN under the packaging, and verify with OTP. The phone number you use must match the number on your order. This prevents tag hijacking.

No. For your security, activation requires the same mobile number used at checkout. If your number changed, contact support before activating.

Yes. A printable eTag is free and intentionally shows your real number. Physical tags include lifetime number privacy.

When a scanner requests a call, both of you are dialled from the same toll free masked number. When both answer, we bridge the call for up to 60 seconds. Neither party sees the other's SIM.

The scanner sees a clear message to try WhatsApp or SMS instead. Voice never blocks the primary text contact path.

ReachMe enforces daily limits: max 3 contact attempts per scanner per tag, only 1 masked call, and max 10 total scans per tag per day. Repeat abusers can be blocked platform wide.

Scanners who select Emergency can see optional medical info you configure: blood group, allergies, family contacts (always masked). Emergency alerts bypass quiet hours unless you disable that.

Yes. Our vinyl tags use automotive grade adhesive rated for heat, rain, and UV. Premium metal tags add an extra sealed layer for luxury vehicles.

Absolutely. One account supports multiple tags and vehicles from the mobile app or web dashboard, with the same privacy rules on every asset.

Transfer ownership through the dashboard with OTP verification, or revoke the old tag and activate a new one on the buyer's account.
