These terms apply when you buy ReachMe products, use our website (reachme.pk), activate a tag, or use the owner dashboard or scan experience. By ordering or using ReachMe, you agree to these terms.

The service

ReachMe sells QR/NFC vehicle tags and related digital tools so someone can contact a vehicle owner without seeing the owner's real phone number on the public scan page (for paid physical tags). Features may include WhatsApp/SMS alerts and, when enabled, masked voice calls.

Orders & payment

• Physical tags are typically sold cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan unless another method is offered at checkout.
• Online payments (when available) may use PayFast or other approved gateways. You must provide accurate billing and delivery details.
• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may include applicable taxes shown at checkout or on your invoice.

Activation & accounts

• Activate a physical tag with the phone number used for the order (or as instructed at activation). Proof of purchase or a scratch PIN may be required.
• One phone number maps to one owner account.
• You are responsible for keeping OTPs private and for activity on tags linked to your account.

Lifetime privacy

Physical tags include number privacy for the life of the tag. There are no recurring privacy fees. Free eTags intentionally show the owner's number.

Acceptable use

• Do not use ReachMe to harass, stalk, spam, or commit fraud
• Do not probe or abuse scan/contact rate limits
• Do not place tags on vehicles you do not own or control without permission

We may suspend tags or accounts that break these rules.

Delivery & digital products

Delivery timelines for physical tags are estimates. Free eTags (when offered) are digital and delivered by email. See our Shipping & service policy and Return & refund policy.

Limitation of liability

ReachMe is a contact and privacy tool. We do not guarantee that an owner will answer every scan or call. To the fullest extent allowed by Pakistani law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have jurisdiction.
