This page covers delivery of physical ReachMe tags and how our digital service works after you activate a tag.

Shipping — physical tags

Coverage: We deliver across Pakistan where our courier partners operate.
Method: Orders are usually Cash on Delivery (COD) unless you pay online at checkout when that option is available.
Timing: Typical delivery is about 2–7 working days depending on your city. Remote areas may take longer. Times are estimates, not guarantees.
Address: Provide a clear phone number and delivery address. Missed deliveries may delay your order.
Fees: Any shipping fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Scan the QR (or use NFC where supported), activate with OTP, and link your vehicle.
Scanners can contact you through ReachMe without seeing your real number on the public page (paid physical tags).
Physical tags include lifetime number privacy with no recurring fees.
Physical tag orders are available by COD across Pakistan.

Free eTags (when offered) are delivered by email — no physical shipping. Activate from your owner dashboard after confirmation.

If your order is late or the courier status looks wrong, contact us with your order reference. We will check with the courier and update you.
